My one-on-one energetic mentorship programs begin with a month-long Reiki Level 1 training, blending live Zoom calls with real time voice note & texting access to me.

This training with provide you with the energetic activation required for you to channel Level 1 of the Usui Holy Fire III System of Reiki as well as the step by step process for using Reiki for personal healing and spiritual growth.

Reiki and Energetic Coaching

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works by channeling life force energy to help the body relax, regulate, and heal itself. At its simplest, Reiki helps you feel more at ease, but it also goes deeper—clearing stuck energy, supporting emotional release, and reconnecting you to a sense of balance.

When I first learned Reiki in 2019, it completely shifted how I saw the world. I started to notice the subtle energy running through everything, and that realization cracked open a whole new level of personal and spiritual growth. Reiki became my go-to tool—not just for healing, but for amplifying the work I was already doing on myself.

But Reiki isn’t just about “healing.” It’s about attuning yourself to a higher frequency—one that’s connected to something bigger than just you. When you receive a Reiki placement (the energetic activation that gives you access to this energy), you’re essentially plugging into a higher consciousness—one that exists beyond the noise of the mind.

Because everyone’s journey with Reiki is different, I offer both one-on-one mentorship and group classes. My goal is to help you use Reiki as a practical tool—not just for spiritual growth, but for creating deeper purpose and connection in your life.

There are 3 Levels to the Usui Holy Fire III System of Reiki:

Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level 3 - Master Level

We start with Level 1.
